7 hacks to save your skin after a Easter candy

If you’ve gone a little more to chocolate rabbit and marshmallow glances this last weekend – you’re not alone.

New research from the Face Yoga Luvly app shows one in three people suffer from a face cocoa crisis after overloading at Easter.

But don’t worry, you don’t have to swear for the chocolate to restore that healthy shine.

Olga Skydan, a dermatologist and aesthetic licensed in Luvly, has a spoonful of how to help your skin recover from a soft sugar.

Apple cider vinegar

“With high fat and refined sugars, a lot of chocolate can cause acne – but fortunately, you are likely to have a cheap and effective remedy in your kitchen,” Skydan said.

Apple cider vinegar is foreseen as a miracle cure that can help lower blood sugar levels and weight loss – now this expert says it can fight acne as well.

“Apple cider vinegar works as a soft, natural toner to avoid jams, tightening pores and expelling bacteria before there is a chance to cause acne,” she said. “Simply mix it with two pieces of water, close your eyes and discard it.”

Cinnamon and honey

“Cinnamon not only tastes good; it is also anti-inflammatory and antibacterial,” Skydan said.

“Mixed with a teaspoon of honey-especially raw or Manuka-It offers a real treatment for your skin, fighting again against Easter-induced fractures. It will let you smell and look amazing for less than the cost of an egg.”

As an added bonus, research shows that cinnamon can help your body disrupt fat and even help remove diabetes.

Water supply

Given that most Americans do not drink enough water to begin, it is especially important to moisturize as if it is sacred after many Cadbury eggs.

“If you can enjoy your favorite treatments, your skin also deserves its favorite arrangement: water,” Skydan said. “As the holidays come with a free passage to eat whatever your heart desires, dumping fills your body with toxins, and you have to fry them to avoid oily skin and clogged pores.”

Plant remedies

“As the Easter Monday rotates and your skin begins to show signs of stress, herbal supplements – such as turmeric, green tea or burial root – can help to revive it,” she said. “With their anti-inflammatory properties, these natural remedies can relieve skin issues after a long indulgence.”

While all these herbal remedies have additional health benefits, in particular green tea has been shown to prevent dementia, heart disease and cancer.

Vitamins C

Whether it is from orange, additives or a good serum, vitamin C is sure to give your body and brain an incentive.

“When your sweet tooth takes over, vitamin C opens inside,” she said. “While all that sugar eats in your collagen – the block of your skin building – vitamin C commands your body to produce more, protecting against dark spots, great lines and boredom and keeping your face bright despite the sugar attack.”

Fiber

“While you are free to enjoy yourself, keeping a healthy diet before, during and after sugar -driven breaks can minimize damage to your skin,” she said.

This means you can fight some of the effects of overload by completing some healthy choices.

“In the middle of the mouth with candy and chocolate, be sure to eat a healthy fiber -filled meal,” she said. “Your tile should be filled with spring vegetables-such as radishes, water waters, carrots and favorable beans and high fiber fruits, such as apples and strawberries, to ignite toxins from your body.”

Spoon

“When your eyes show signs of last night chocolate, teaspoons are your secret weapon,” she said.

Skydan recommends catching some in the fridge the night before and press them against the bags under your eyes in the morning.

Otherwise, “try wrapping the ice cubes on a cloth or gluing your facial rollers in the refrigerator,” she said. “Cold shakes blood vessels and stimulates circulation to reduce swelling, puffiness and inflammation – and while cold therapy can be unpleasant, it is certain it is effective.”
