â € ‹dr. Nicholas Perricone, a major dermatologist and nutritionist, has gone through decades warning that chronic inflammation is one of the greatest culprits after aging and visible diseases.

But first: what is the molecule € € œbeuty ”?
Its technical name is acetylcholine. This chemical messenger is the main neurotransmitter of the parasympathetic nervous system, which plays a key role in regulating inflammation in the body.
The so -called “genuine molecule” is also essential for promoting cellular vitality and preserving healthy, vibrant skin.
In his book, Perricone explains that acetylcholine helps repair damaged mitochondria and eliminate dysfunctional cells – both main contributors to aging.
Acetylcholine also supports elasticity and skin tone by stimulating the release of nitric oxide, which dilutes blood vessels, increasing hydration and giving the skin a more radiant, youthful appearance.
Beyond that, acetylcholine plays a crucial role in maintaining muscle tone by helping to shrink and move muscles.
Unfortunately, as we grow old, our acetylcholine production naturally falls, for which Perricone said it can lead to a marked loss of muscle tone and skin tightening.

Foods that stimulate the beauty molecule
As our acetylcholine levels fall as we grow old, there are easy ways to give your molecule ë œbeauty an increase in every stage of life.
For example, Perricone said additions like DMAE can increase your acetylcholine production, keeping your skin and muscles look and feel young.
But if you prefer the natural route, foods rich in choline – an essential nutrient that the body should produce acetylcholine – can help.
High dietary sources of choline include animal -based foods such as grass -fed beef, free -beam birds, fish milk and eggs.
If you are plants based on plants, crosses such as broccoli, kale, cauliflower and Brussels cabbage are filled with column, along with certain beans, nuts, seeds and whole grains.
Perricone said these electricity foods not only stimulate acetylcholine production, but also fight inflammation and protect mitochondria, both vital to aging.
Payment? Softer skin, more muscle tones, weight loss and a shented complexion.
“If you have adequate protein, essential fatty acids and a good supply of colorful greens, everything works better,” Perricone said.
Foods that you age
Some foods can cause inflammation, which inhibits the production of the “Beauty” molecule and accelerates the aging process.
Perricone recommends the clean direction of red and processed meat, refined carbohydrates such as white bread, pasta and pastries, as well as sugar treatments such as candy and soda.
Trans fats – commonly found in margarine, fried foods and ripe goods – also promote inflammation, along with alcohol, which can further damage your skin and overall appearance.
“At this point, the thought of making food that has become the main pillars can seem like a great sacrifice,” Perricone writes in his new book.
