Wendy’s confirms cold whirlpools and fusshes – as well as when you get them

Rumors are true: Wendy’s is giving a makeover her icon a makeover for the first time in 55 years.

On Thursday, April 10, the fast food chain confirmed the formation of frozen rolls and frozen fusion-and fans can take their hands in mixed treatments earlier than they think.

Rumors began to waver about changes in Frosty in late February, and Wendy confirmed the presentation of sweet forms in early March, but they did not have a starting date for new items.

Frosty swirls – which will allow customers to add caramel, strawberries or coffee pieces to any frozen chocolate or vanilla – will be the first to come to the menu.

These three frozen rolls will be available to order Friday, April 11 in mobile app and in stores on Tuesday, April 15:

• Frozen strawberry Characteristics of sweet sauce, with wavy strawberry juice and led into a frozen cream.

The frozen fusion of pop-tart strawberries is the first time that the pastry is officially offered as a mixture for a frozen dessert, according to a press release.

For the first time sometimes, fans can get extra aroma in frozen with one of these options:

• Frozen fusion with strawberry It combines the cool and sweet wendy strawberry sauce with pieces of pop-tarts with strawberry aroma.
• Oreo Brownie Frosty Fusion Take the frozen classic shaky with the chocolate chocolate sauce and mix it with perfectly fragile cookie oreo pieces.
• Frozen caramel fusion Classic frozen mixture with fragile coffee pieces and a sweet caramel sauce.

“Frosty has been on Wendy’s menu for 55 years and is one of the most iconic frozen treatments in American culture,” Lindsay Radkoski, American CMO for Wendy company, said in a statement. “We are expanding to our beloved Frosty, so when a sweet tooth hits, the choice is easy for consumers: it must be Wendy’s.”
