West Hollywood, Calif. – Bravo yourself for peak energy.
Nadège sex researcher, who wrote “Sextology” and founded the science of pleasure, is sharing a simple respiratory technique to regenerate the brain, increase self -esteem, calm the nervous system and increase intimacy with a partner.
The expression “spirit of orgasm” can make you blush, but Nadège insists it really works.
“You make two very fast suckles and then an exaggerated long extraction,” she told an audience last week in the edition of the Los Angeles of the World Biohackers Conference.
“And the reason called ‘orgasm breathing’ is because you want to become stronger and more exaggerated with any extraction,” she explained.
The method resembles physiological sigh, which includes two short absorptions before a long extraction.
This respiratory model is supported by neuroscientist Andrew Huberman, who said he activates a nervous circuit that rapidly soothes the autonomic nervous system and reduces stress.
Because physiological sighs promote relaxation, Huberman recommends to do it before an activity that can cause nervousness, such as speaking in public.
Nadège breathing works come with a twist – it advises to remove your tongue during the pronounced extraction to “break the ice” with yourself and to move your energy to an open and pleasant state.
This movement can also calm the facial and mouth muscles.
“It’s a somatic technique that has to do with the release of unsafe feelings, tense muscles or anxious feelings,” Nadège the post told the post.
“For example, if you see someone who has a press on a holiday and feel an increase in social anxiety throughout your body,” she added, “go to the bathroom and make a minimum of three orgasm breathing to help you release tension.”
Nadège recommends to do at least three orgasms in a row regardless of the situation – and practice only several times to determine how many cycles it should start fisiness.
Before sex, Nadège suggests being involved in orgasm breathing with a lover to focus on your erotic bond.
“You can do this with a partner by sitting in front of each other,” she said. “Then each person puts the left hand in the heart of their lover. Look into each other’s eyes.”
Nadège assured the world audience of Biohackers that “you don’t have to climb your tongue if you are afraid not to look beautiful with your partner.”
During sex, if you are losing durability or feeling disconnected, you can use orgasm breathing to intensify erotic energy or restore intimacy.
“It can also be used after sex,” Nadège noted, “but most of my customers find out that the spirit of orgasm is best before sex or during sex as it can be very energetic.”
Nadège’s favorite respiratory techniques
In addition to the spirit of orgasm, Nadège discovered two of its other respiratory methods.
Breathing in the box is known as 4-4-4-4 breathing because it involves slow absorption through your nose for a number of four, holding your breath for four, drawing through your mouth for four and holding back for four.
“This is a great way to calm the nervous system so you can be open to give or get pleasure,” Nadège said. “Breathing in the box is very soothing, though it is not always energetic, and it is not created to activate the game – that is why I often teach my customers the spirit of orgasm before other respiratory techniques.”
Four-Six-Breathing-Inhalation for four seconds and extracting for six seconds is ideal for alleviating social or sexual performance anxiety.
Make sure you do it at least three times to see results.
“All of these orgasm screams, breathing in the box and the four-sixth breath is excellent for sex because they soften the nervous system,” Nadège said. “If your nervous system is not calm, you will not be able to get pleasure.”
