A 2012 study found that people who wrote letters of gratitude were happier and had more pleasure for life, while a 2003 experiment showed that people holding a list of gratitude showed “well -being raised”.

“Chronic stress causes the release of stress hormones such as cortisol, which can contribute to inflammation in the body, including the respiratory system,” Stockdale discovered.

You can go to gratitude practices in several ways. The traditional path is to keep a diary of gratitude and mark some things you are grateful for-can include things with big pictures like your health or a loved one or smaller things that make you feel good, like cup of coffee you share with a friend or sunset you have seen.
Try following the breathing of the lips
Breathing through the followed lips slows down the respiratory process and prolongs the extraction, improving the air flow and preventing the demolition of the airways. Stockdale noted that breathing of followed lips can regulate oxygen intake during periods of stress or exercise.
