In a world where sleepless nights and race thoughts are very common, a stars’ energy healer believes to be essential to “detox” from anxiety in front of the bed.
“Anxiety tends to be built because people continue it from their day, and they sleep with it, and then they wake up the next day and they were really unable to sleep enough, and the anxieties of the day before they followed them the next day, and that told the post,” Oliver Niño told a spiritual coach and Healer Energy with the Celebs. Post post.

One of the rituals he swears involves an ancient element to calm the mind – fire.
“The routine I have seen working for many people is a ritual of burning fire, where they write on a piece of paper the names of people who have touched that day, which they are thinking, that they are stressed for or situations that cause them stress,” he explained.
“Then they set an intention to release that energy from their body and they burn the paper. There is something about burning this type of energy – and they feel it release.”
Niño notes that many people, when they do something like that, “don’t think about it as energy work” – but that’s exactly what it is.
And as it sounds like the hottest trend of wellness, the energy work is actually as old as time, with fire rituals dating from ancient civilizations that saw fire as a sacred and transformative force.
In India Vedic – a period approximately 1500 to 500 BCE – the God of Fire, Agni, was essential for spiritual offers and was seen as a messenger between people and the divine.

Similarly, in Zoroastrianism – a religion that originated in ancient Persia – the fire remains a symbol of purity and the burning in temples is maintained today.
In many indigenous cultures – from America to Australia – ceremonial fires are used for cleaning, narrative and connecting with ancestral spirits.
Even now, fire rituals are practiced all over the world: in the “Hiwatari” ceremonies of Japan (firefighters), at Eastern European fire festivals that mark the beginning of spring, and in Tibetan practice of burning efficiency to symbolically release negativity.
Despite cultural differences, these traditions share a common thread: fire as a means of leaving, transforming energy and renewing the soul.
But if that’s not for you, don’t sweat it.
Niño believes that any technique that helps release negative energy before bed-from color therapy to cutting the cord to a short walk-will ensure that you get a better night of nod.
