Perez Hilton has a new obsession – and has Hollywood elite by pouring pounds faster than you can say “paparazzi”.
Since staging, GLP-1 drugs like Ozepic and Wegovy have received tinsseltown from the storm, with lists or seem thinner than they have in decades.
The post was caught with the infamous blogger of gossip to take over the celebs by riding the GLP-1 wave and its mission to make medicines that change the game accessible to more than the stars.
The US is facing a major waist line crisis, with nearly three -quarters of adults classified as overweight or overweight, along with almost half of young teens and adults.
But there is a glow of hope: overweight rates dive slightly in 2023, marking the first landing in at least a decade. Experts believe that the decline is likely to be linked to the country’s GLP-1 Mani, which has been driven by the approval of celebrities and internet influencers.
Surveys show that approximately 1 in 8 US adults have tried a GLP-1 drug, which mimics a natural hormone in the body to regulate insulin and blood sugar levels, helping users feel longer.
“It is a gameman for so many people who have felt powerless for so long,” said Hilton, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira.
“Now, there is help and no more stigma,” he continued. “Oprah is talking about it. Whoopi [Goldberg] He is talking about him. Adam Lambert is talking about him. All housewives are doing it. “
Hilton said that while celebrities do not owe the public an explanation about their medical history, he thinks it is “wonderful” that the stars are opening for their wars for losing weight and experiences with fashion medications.
“What I don’t like are those who are misleading this,” the famous columnist said. “Kelly Clarkson, I’m talking about you. She was very bold with the way she talked about it. Or not talk about it or just be honest.”
The singer “Because of you” had credited her dramatic transformation into diet, training, and even infrared sauna and cold diving in an interview with People January Magazine, but did not mention weight loss medicines.
Months later, Clarkson agreed to take a prescription medicine to help her lose weight during a Goldberg conversation in her conversation.
“Everyone thinks it’s ozepic, but it’s not,” she said. “Something’s something that helps to help break the sugar – no doubt my body doesn’t do it properly.”
While some Lists have been transparent about their use of GLP-1, the inner say that much more stars-including those who have never appeared to fight their weight-are in the gang.
“Even really weak people like to be in Ozepic, especially these people in Hollywood because they don’t become hungry,” Dr. Jennifer Levine, a plastic surgeon based on the upper side of birth, for Six Page.
She added that after the stars hit their goal weight, many continue to use GLP-1 to curb hunger and maintain their image.
“They can’t get it down,” Levine said. “Even people who are super, super thin can be in micro doses because they are able to keep their weight and do not feel like they are hungry themselves.”
Hilton, who has fought with his weight for years as a “self -proclaimed food”, gets a problem with this approach.
“I really think it should only be for those who really need,” he said. “I’m a perfect example. I wanted to ride in it and Fuhealth told me no.”
The telecommunications platform reached Hilton for a possible partnership, and he was intrigued by the idea of trying the remedy for weight loss. However, after further testing, he was told that he did not qualify.
Despite this obstacle, Hilton remains passionate about raising awareness of the benefits of LLP-1, especially given the challenges he faces in his journey of weight loss.
In his most severe, Hilton scored the scales with 255 pounds.
“When I was qualified, I would have taken it in a heartbeat,” he said.
Hilton acknowledged that some people can deal with celebrities and influencers who promote medical products, but he is ignorant.
“This is something that is so positive about people’s health,” he said. “You can promote getting fat lips or a face.”
In addition to the medicines prescribed by the doctor, Futhealth offers personalized diet programs and nutritional exercises to help people lose weight in a healthy way.
The company operates in a membership -based model, providing virtual care, free weight loss medicines and other benefits for a monthly fee.
