I lost 169 lbs without ozepic – my exact diet exchanges

A man lost a 169 pound-more than the weight of a washing machine for a year, and he reached them all with old-fashioned diet and exercise.

Lee Hering, 31, weighed 351 pounds and wore a 5xl size in its heaviest, when he would dig with chocolate, sweets, cream bundles, microwave meals and Chinese intake.

Hering said that in his work in a community center, he regularly dealt with people who had suffered from a stroke or heart attack, and he “really felt” the influence he had on victims and family.

So he decided to make a change in his dining habits and lost 169 pounds in the next 12 months.

He changed his food foods for lean protein of meat, fruits and retail oatmeal and slow release.

Hering started walking every day and while initially able to just finish a “slow -by -breath” walk, he now does much longer walks up to 90 minutes at a time and makes a lot of cardio in the routine.

Now weighing 177 pounds and wearing a sized medium, he managed to maintain much of his lean mass of the body and is now turning his attention to training strength to begin toning.

“It was difficult both physically and mentally – getting into that mentality and facing desires for sugar and fatty foods,” Hering said, a host from Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, mb.

“I was practicing every day and the physical torment I went through for the first two months, but I kept telling myself to continue.

“Also diet” I’ve spoken to friends and family who call it a diet, but it’s not a diet is a program of food relationship re -education. “

Before his journey for losing weight, Hering said doing everything was “a challenge”.

“Everything was limited,” he said. “Going up the stairs a challenge, taking in the car was also a challenge.

“I had a lot of pain in the joints. I got tired and I was constantly breathless.”

He was wearing 5xl clothes and had to order from specialized websites, but now he can try things in regular stores.

“Now I’m a medium or big. I can walk in a clothing store and take something and try it, “he said.” This gives me much more freedom. “

Although he has poured a large amount, Hering has a goal of about 165 pounds and hopes to hit it soon.

“The first two months I was on average a loss of about 1.5 stones [21 pounds] One month, and it has begun to flatten now which is fine as I am at an acceptable weight that is good, ”he said.

“During the year it has been equal. I want to continue on the same track. Weight loss is slightly slowed, so it’s just a case of maintaining that healthy lifestyle.

“I always point out that I didn’t do this cosmetically, my main motivational factor was simply for health.

“Being there for my friends and family – I didn’t want them to see me and worry about me, this was my motivational factor.

“There were times when I wanted to give up, but it’s worth so much.”
